Goddess of Compassion
Goddess of Compassion: I Recognize, I Seed
Face Days 1-3 are aligned with the merciful and transformative energy of the Goddess of Compassion, a sacred force of the Divine Feminine.
During the early waxing moon, which is the sacred beginning, the Goddess of Compassion invites us to forgive and set boundaries, to recognize and seed.
Trust in her flow as you open your heart to love’s truth and seed the infinite potential for heaven on earth.
Archetypal Presence
The Goddess of Compassion, the embodiment of unconditional love and mercy, guides us on Face Days 1-3. She teaches us to say "no" with love, setting boundaries to honor our truth, while embracing forgiveness to free our hearts—I recognize. Through forgiveness, we see that love is what’s real, dissolving illusions of separation and pain. This recognition allows us to seed intentions for heaven on earth—I seed—planting the vision of a world rooted in compassion and unity.
Saying "no" creates space for this clarity, while forgiveness heals past wounds, enabling us to hold the tension until a new, loving reality emerges. On these days, the Goddess flows like water, guiding us to recognize love’s truth and seed a divine harmony in our lives.
The myth of this archetype is rooted in compassion for all beings as they evolve through matter, soul, and light. On Face Days 1-3, the Goddess of Compassion moves as a gentle, uncontainable stream, her alchemical process of Calcination (fire) purifying us through release and transformation. By recognizing love and seeding intentions for heaven on earth, we free ourselves from emotional burdens, aligning with her mercy to create a sacred reality grounded in divine love.
Her element is the violet flame, a spiritual energy of profound transformation and purification. In spiritual teachings, the violet flame is a sacred fire, often associated with divine alchemy, that transmutes negative energies, past karma, and emotional burdens into love, freedom, and higher consciousness. It radiates with the frequency of mercy and forgiveness, burning away illusions of separation to reveal the truth of divine unity. As the Goddess of Compassion wields this violet flame, she becomes a beacon of healing, guiding us to forgive, release, and align with the infinite love that connects all beings, illuminating our path toward a compassionate reality.
The Goddess of Compassion
Surrender, Receive, & Nourish

Your presence and intention are what make this ritual sacred. Feel free to adapt it in any way that resonates with you. The Divine Feminine within you holds the power to guide you through all rituals with wisdom and grace.
Purpose: To release emotional burdens through the violet flame’s transmutation, forgive with love, set boundaries by saying "no," and plant new seeds of intention for the cycle ahead, recognizing love’s truth and seeding a vision for heaven on earth, guided by the Goddess of Compassion’s mercy.
What You’ll Need (Optional):
A violet candle, or any candle you have (symbolizing the violet flame of transmutation and divine love; if you don’t have a candle, imagine a violet light glowing before you)
A small bowl of water, or any container with water (representing her nurturing, fluid mercy; if you don’t have a bowl, use a glass or visualize a gentle stream)
A piece of paper and a pen (if you don’t have paper, speak your intentions aloud or visualize writing them in your mind)
A seed, or a small object to represent a seed (symbolizing the new intentions for this cycle; if you don’t have a seed, imagine holding a tiny light as your intention)
Dirt from the Great Mother’s ritual, or any soil you have (to plant your seed; if you don’t have dirt, visualize the earth beneath you)
A quiet space
Steps:
Set the Space
🌀 Find a quiet spot and place your optional items before you, such as a violet candle or any candle, a bowl of water or any container with water, and dirt from the Great Mother’s ritual or any soil, along with a seed or a small object. If you’re using a candle, light it, inviting the Goddess of Compassion’s presence—her essence of unconditional love and mercy, radiant as the violet flame. If you don’t have a candle, visualize a violet light glowing softly in front of you. Take a few deep breaths, feeling her nurturing energy as you connect with the light or the water (or imagine a gentle stream if you don’t have water), ready to release, forgive, and plant new intentions for this cycle.
Recognize Love Through Transmutation and Forgiveness
🌟 Close your eyes and reflect on where you’ve overextended yourself—where you’ve said "yes" when your heart wanted to say "no." Feel the emotions tied to this, like guilt or exhaustion. Now, think of a past hurt or resentment you’re ready to forgive, whether toward yourself or another. Let these feelings surface without judgment, picturing them as a heavy weight in your heart, ready to be transmuted by the violet flame.
If you have paper and a pen, write down a boundary you need to set (e.g., “I say yes to avoid conflict”) and a forgiveness intention (e.g., “I forgive myself for past mistakes”). If you don’t have paper, visualize writing these intentions in your mind or speak them aloud. Hold the paper (or your hands if you’re not using paper) and say aloud or in your mind:
“I recognize that love is real. I say ‘no’ with love and forgive with mercy, transmuting all burdens in the violet flame.”
Visualize the violet flame—whether from the candle or in your mind—enveloping your intentions, burning away your burdens and resentments with its sacred fire, transforming them into light and love. If you have water, dip your fingers in it and touch the paper (or your hands), letting the water seal this transmutation with the Goddess’s gentle mercy. If you don’t have water, imagine a gentle stream washing over your intentions, cleansing them with her love.
Seed Intentions for Heaven on Earth and the New Cycle
🌊 Sit with your palms facing upward, feeling the energy of the violet flame and the water (or their imagined presence). Visualize the violet light merging with the water’s flow, creating a vision of heaven on earth—where all beings are held in compassion and unity. Now, focus on the new cycle beginning with Face Days 1-3, envisioning the intentions you wish to plant for this phase, rooted in love and mercy. Feel the Goddess’s love filling your heart, affirming the truth of love as the foundation of this vision.
Say aloud or in your mind:
“I seed my intention for heaven on earth and this new cycle, a world of love and mercy, guided by the Goddess’s violet flame.”
If you have a seed or small object, hold it and infuse it with your intention, then place it into the dirt from the Great Mother’s ritual or any soil you have, symbolizing the planting of your vision in her nurturing earth.
If you don’t have dirt or a seed, visualize placing a tiny light of intention into your heart, trusting the Goddess to nurture it with her unconditional love as you align with her vision of divine harmony.
As with all ritual acts, it truly is a symbol for being in devotion to what we are seeding within our hearts.
Close the Ritual
🧘♀️ Sit for a moment, feeling the bliss and the lightness of forgiveness, and the clarity of your seeded intention for this cycle. If you used a candle, blow it out, thanking the Goddess of Compassion and the Violet flame for their guidance.
If you have water, pour it outside, returning it to the earth as a symbol of your renewed flow, or imagine the stream returning to the earth if you didn’t use water. Keep the paper in a sacred space as a reminder of your compassionate vision, or if you didn’t use paper, hold the memory of your intention in your heart. If you planted a seed, place the dirt in a sacred space to honor your intention.
Journal/Integrate
✍️ Journaling helps integrate this experience. Write freely about the feelings and insights that arose during the ritual, capturing the depth of your recognition of love and the intentions you’ve seeded. If you don’t have a journal, reflect silently or speak your thoughts aloud to anchor this experience.
May you rest in the truth that your heart is sacred, held in the Goddess of Compassion’s eternal light.
Blessed Be!
How to Use This Regularly:
Practice this ritual during Face Days 1-3 to align with their energy of compassionate boundary-setting, forgiveness, and seeding new intentions, or whenever you feel overwhelmed by over-giving or past hurts. It helps you recognize love, forgive with the violet flame’s mercy, and seed a vision for heaven on earth and the cycle ahead, guided by the Goddess’s compassionate presence.
