Simple Ritual for the Sun in Gemini

Invoke the Breath of Air and Your Higher Self
Gemini is the breath.
So, begin by sitting still and breathing.

Feel the breath as it enters and leaves you.
No need to change it. Just notice it.

Take 3 SLOW Breaths.

Invoke your Higher Self by speaking the following.

REALLY FEEL IT AS YOU SPEAK IT AND ALLOW YOURSELF TO SENSE YOUR HIGHER SELF AND YOUR BREATH FILLING YOU!

"Higher Self, I now invoke you and the element of AIR, to be with me and to guide me in this intentional communion."

When you are ready,

close your eyes.

Let the breath be your guide. 

Take at least 10 deep and SLOW breaths and really feel your inhale and exhale. 

Once you have centered with your breath, continue.

Gemini is associated with the voice. But the voice is only as true as the silence it comes from.

What three things do you feel called to say. To yourself. To someone else. To the world.

Sit in silence with these questions for about 2 minutes.
Let the silence show you what words are worth writing/speaking.

Listen and Express Without Needing to Understand
Not everything needs to have an answer or be understood. What came up for you with those questions? 

Journal about it. 

IF there is a tough conversation that is needed between yourself and yourself, write about it. 

Maybe it is with another? Journal about how amazing it would feel and FEEL how amazing it would feel to have that out of the way and then hand it to your higher self. Ask your Higher Self to help you have this when the time is right and be willing to be courageous to have it for the highest good of all. 

Maybe there is something you would like to express to the collective and be witnessed in it. Write about it.

You never know when what you write today will be used for good tomorrow.

Set your intention to share your communications in a good way. Ask your Higher Self to guide you in taking the next steps to deepen in your communication/communion with yourself, your relationships, and the world.
